Who you are contracting with.

Foundr AI is operated by Kanu Arabia LLC, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Throughout this document, "we" and "us" mean Kanu Arabia LLC, and "you" means the person who buys a seat in the program.

By buying a seat, or by registering your interest and then completing payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy a seat.

What a seat gets you.

Foundr AI is a live, four week program made up of eight sessions across six modules, taught by Muhammed Roshan and Sulthana Safeer. A seat is a place for one named person in one cohort.

A seat is personal to you. You may not share your access link, resell your seat, or let another person attend in your place without our written agreement.

  • Eight live sessions, delivered at two sessions per week
  • Access to the session materials shared with your cohort
  • A place in the cohort community and question channels for the duration of the program

Cohort capacity of 25.

Each cohort is capped at 25 participants so the sessions stay small enough to be useful. Seats are allocated in the order payments are completed. When a cohort is full, further registrations are held for the next cohort.

If we cannot place you in the cohort you paid for, you may take a seat in the next cohort or ask for a full refund.

How the program is delivered.

Sessions run live on Microsoft Teams. You will need a device, a stable internet connection, and a Teams client or browser that can join the meeting. Sessions are taught in English and Malayalam.

We may change a session date, the running order of modules, or an instructor where circumstances require it. If we do, we will tell you as early as we can. If we cancel the program outright before it starts, you get a full refund.

Where a session is recorded, the recording is shared at our discretion and is not a guaranteed part of the program. Attending live is the way the program is designed to work.

How you are expected to behave.

The sessions only work when the room is safe and focused. We ask every participant to treat instructors and other participants with respect, and to keep what other participants share about their businesses confidential.

We may remove a participant from the program for harassment, abuse, disruption of sessions, sharing access with people who have not paid, or redistributing course materials. Removal for these reasons does not come with a refund.

Course materials and intellectual property.

All Foundr AI materials, including slides, templates, worksheets, frameworks, recordings, and the structure of the curriculum itself, remain our property or the property of their respective owners.

You get a personal, non transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and for your own business. You may not copy, republish, resell, or teach them as your own, and you may not use them to build a competing program.

Anything you create during the program, including your own business plans, pitch decks, and products, belongs to you.

What we do not promise.

Foundr AI is education and practical training. What you get out of it depends on your own work, your market, your timing, and factors outside anyone's control. We do not promise any particular business result, revenue, funding, client, or job.

The internship interview opportunity mentioned on the site is an opportunity to interview, offered at our discretion, and is not a promise of employment.

The materials are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the program is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Payments and the merchant of record.

Prices are shown on the registration page in AED for the GCC and international buyers, and in INR for buyers in India. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by a third party merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase, handles the transaction, and may collect and remit applicable taxes. Your payment details are handled by that provider and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

The merchant of record's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself. These terms apply to the program you are buying.

Refunds and cancellations.

Refunds are covered in full on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Your data.

We handle the information you give us at registration as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms as the program changes. The version published on this page on the day you buy your seat is the version that applies to your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute connected with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
