What we collect when you register for Foundr AI, why we collect it, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.
Foundr AI is operated by Kanu Arabia LLC, registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We decide what data is collected on this site and why, so we are the controller of that data.

The registration form asks for the details we need to assess your enquiry and contact you about a seat. Nothing on the form is collected for advertising.
Payments are handled by a third party payment provider acting as merchant of record. You enter your card or payment details with that provider, not with us. We receive a record of the transaction, which includes your name, email, the amount, the currency, and whether the payment succeeded.
We never see or store your full card number, your card security code, or your bank credentials.
This site is a static site hosted on Vercel. Vercel's infrastructure logs standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, which is used to serve the site and keep it secure.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data collected here.
We use your registration details to take steps you asked for before entering a contract, and then to deliver the program you bought. We use payment records because we have a legal obligation to keep proper financial records. We use basic technical logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
If we ever want to send you marketing that is not about a program you have registered for, we will ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We keep the number of third parties small and use each one for a single, obvious job. Each of them processes your data on our instructions.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's own contractual safeguards for international transfers.
Registration enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are kept for up to 24 months, so we can contact you about later cohorts, and then deleted.
Records for participants who buy a seat are kept for the length of the program and then for as long as we are required to keep financial records, which is currently five years from the end of the relevant financial year.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner, and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a specific record.
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to registration records and to the tools listed above is limited to the people on our team who need it, and those accounts are protected with strong authentication.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required.
You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within 30 days.
Foundr AI is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the record.
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the effective date shown above. Significant changes will also be sent by email to registered participants.
